All models must be over the age of 18 years if un-accompanied by a responsible adult; if you are under 18, I need a written, signed declaration from a responsible adult (eg. parents) before I go ahead. I don't currently own or have convenient access to a photographic studio, so all my shoots are taken on location around the Plymouth area. If you wish to work with me in a different area, travel expenses must be paid. |

| How long does it take? |
|
Most shoots I do tend to be either for 1 or 2 hours duration, but can be up to 3 hours if required. Don't forget to factor in travelling time! |

| Do you provide Hair & Make-Up Services? |
|
We do work with some local and well respected hair and make-up artists. if you wish to have your hair and/or make-up prepared professionally, please get in touch as these people do need booking in advance. Please note that these services may not be available at certain times. We recomment contacting us well in advance to book hair and make-up, it's also advisable to have your own plans set out just in case. |

| What Do I Get? |
|
At the end of your shoot, I will download all images; the immediately obvious failures - blinking, wrong expressions, etc are deleted, I then work on the useables, which are then narrowed down to the best selection. These resulting images are then fully processed to enhance lighting/contrast, eliminate any minor flaws, etc. I don't believe in producing a final image that looks nothing like the subject.
As a guide:
1 Hour shoot = approx 12 images
2 Hour shoot = approx 40-60 images
3 Hour shoot = approx 100+ images |

| How much will it cost? |
|

All prices include a small credit/debit card transaction fee. The price you see is the price you pay.
I also offer another payment plan in the form of Pay-Per-Image. You get free shoot time, and then simply pay £15 per finished, airbrushed, hi-res JPG which can be burned to DVD or emailed to you. We prefer to email these.
A selection of the best images from your shoot can be printed if you wish. We use professional quality photographic paper for all prints. We do charge for this service, please ask. |

| Payments |
|
For ALL shoots a deposit of 25% is required before starting. For 1 hour shoots, payment is required up front - you can make payments via PayPal, credit/debit card or in cash if you wanted to drop it in to me.
2 Hour shoot - Deposit of £20, leaving £60 to pay
3 Hour shoot
- Deposit of £30, leaving £90 to pay
Deposits are non-refundable. All invoices must be paid in full before images (CD/DVD/emailed) or prints are released. |

| "TFCD" & "TFP" |
|
If a model is new to the industry, or they can offer something new and exciting to my existing portfolio, I may accept TFCD. This means the model gets "free" images in return for my time. No money changes hands, but the images taken remain the copyright of MP Photographic. A model release form must be completed prior to the shoot.
I may from time to time use the images for my own advertising in any form of media, but I will confirm that with the model first, and if the model declines, I will not use them. |

| Cancellations & Postponements |
|
We require at least 48 hours notice for all shoot cancellations/postponements. If a shoot is postponed, we will keep your deposit ready for when you are ready to re-book at a later date. In the event of a cancellation, deposits are non-refundable. |

| Model Release |
|
All models are required by MP Photographic to agree on and sign a model release form. These can be downloaded here. |
